William Paskewitz is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure roles. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at Bulkley Richardson since August 2023, William handles L1, L2, and L3 technology issues while supporting offices in the Massachusetts area. Prior to this role, William worked at GalaxE.Solutions as a Service Desk Agent, where support was rendered to international users, and technical documentation was improved. Experience also includes positions at Tighe & Bond as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician and as a Help Desk Technician Level 1 at Data-Mail.
