Christian Grams has a long and varied work experience. Christian began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Market Manager at Sherwin-Williams. In 2010, Grams joined the US Army where they served in various roles, including Communications Officer-Captain, Operations Officer-Captain, Human Resources Officer-Captain, Headquarters Executive Officer-1st Lieutenant, Platoon Leader-1st Lieutenant, and Executive Officer-2nd Lieutenant. In 2017, Grams became a Production Manager at pladis Global and a Company Commander-Major at the United States Army Reserve. In 2018, Grams took on the role of Production Planner / Production Manager at Aperture Pet & Life. In 2020, Grams became a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Target. Most recently, in 2022, Grams was appointed Director of Operations at Blue Peak Consulting.
Christian Grams is currently a Doctor of Business Administration-Finance Candidate at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2016 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2009.
