Valeria Djukic currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BULGARIA WANTS YOU since January 2025. Previously, Valeria held the position of Head of Operations at Anthill, overseeing daily operations and improving processes from August 2022 to December 2024. Valeria's extensive experience includes roles such as Operations Lead and Education and Government Relations Lead at Anthill, where strong organizational skills and operational efficiencies were prioritized. Valeria was also a School Board Member and Managing Director at Waldorf School "Professor Nikolay Raynov," significantly increasing student enrollment and leading strategic planning efforts. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing Armid LLC, as well as roles in various companies such as INTERTECH AUTOMATION and Prosoft where project management and operational roles were prominent. Valeria has multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management of Non-Formal Education from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Master's in Social Entrepreneurship from New Bulgarian University.
