Leah Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leah is currently working as a Community Marketing Manager at BuiltRight Industries since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a UUV Platoon Division Officer in the US Navy from October 2015 to April 2019. Leah also worked as a Maritime Archaeologist at SEARCH for a brief period in 2015. Leah has experience as a Quality Specialist and Coastal Geologist at CB&I from June 2011 to April 2015. Leah's work history also includes being a Cultural Resource Intern at the National Park Service from August 2012 to 2014. Leah started their career as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Eckerd College from February 2009 to May 2011. Additionally, Leah briefly worked as an Educator at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk in 2008.
