Yvonne Chan is an experienced construction and project management professional with a robust background in contract administration and project coordination. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Built. since May 2017, Yvonne has overseen significant projects including the Royal Melbourne Hospital Theatre upgrade and the Airtrunk Shell H project. Prior to this role, Yvonne held positions as a Project Coordinator at Hansen Yuncken, where responsibilities included coordinating subcontractors, managing construction programs, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Yvonne's experience also encompasses cost planning as a Quantity Surveyor at Aquenta Consulting Pty Ltd and tutoring architecture students at RMIT University.
