Rhys J. is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Foreman at Built. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rhys was a Project Manager/Construction Supervisor at Chine Brickwork & Development from April 2016 to January 2022, managing large commercial and residential projects across London, overseeing numerous operatives and enforcing health and safety standards while exceeding financial and performance targets. Rhys also has a background in railway construction as a Bricklayer with Oliver Connell and Son Ltd. and entrepreneurship as the owner of RJ Bricklaying. Earlier career experiences include part ownership at Construct Brick & Blocklaying, work as a Bricklayer at Montmorency Bricklaying, and an apprenticeship at T&D Bricklaying. Rhys holds a Diploma of Education in General Construction from Melbourne Polytechnic and a High School Diploma from St Joseph's College Melbourne.
