Carol Dysart has a diverse work experience. Carol worked at BuildOps as a Software Engineer from October 2020 to April 2022, starting in a role as a Junior Software Engineer and eventually being promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at DMAI from January 2018 to October 2020 as a Software Engineer, specializing in front-end development. Additionally, Carol Dysart has also had a role as a Minted Artist since 2016, where they had several paintings selected through a curated art challenge and made available as prints on Minted.com.

Carol Dysart completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Art Studio from SUNY Geneseo in 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Rochester in 2005. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Columbia Law School from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Doctor of Law degree (JD). Finally, in 2017, Carol attended Fullstack Academy, specializing in Software Engineering.
