Robert H. has held various positions in the finance and software engineering industries since 2010. Robert began their career at Moody's Investors Service as a Financial Data Associate in 2010. In 2011, they joined Golden Pear Funding as an Executive Sales Associate, where they facilitated underwriting of pre-settlement personal injury cases. In 2014, they moved to Fitch Ratings as a Global Infrastructure and Project Finance - Credit Analyst, and later a Global Infrastructure and Project Finance - Research and Operations Administrator. In 2016, they co-founded Basketball For The Vertically Challenged (BFTVC), a New York 501(c)(3) nonprofit, where they served as Board Vice President. Robert H. is currently employed at BuildingLink as a Mid-Level Software Engineer, having previously held the roles of Junior Software Engineer and Technical Support Analyst.

Robert H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies with a Minor in Philosophy from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2009. During this time, they also studied at Universidad de Granada. In 2017, they obtained a Coursera Course Certificate in Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects. In December of 2009, they obtained a TESOL Certification from the TESOL International Association. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Software Engineering Immersive from Fullstack Academy.
