Claire Wayand serves as an Associate Product Designer at Buildertrend, focusing on enhancing user experiences for financial and job management features. In this role, Claire engages in user research, usability testing, and collaborates with stakeholders to address user pain points for a global user base exceeding 1 million builders. Additionally, Claire runs Wayand Design, providing a range of design consulting services, and previously held positions including Marketing Designer at CoConstruct and Media & Design Manager at Madison Automotive Apprentices where significant growth in student engagement was achieved. Claire also has freelance experience in UI/UX design and internship experience in graphic design with UVA Athletics. Claire holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
