Brian Jackson currently serves as the Manager of Financial Services and Product Strategist at Buildertrend since September 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was with Farm Credit Services of America as a Sales Support Coordinator from August 2020 to September 2022. Brian's extensive experience in customer success includes various positions at PayPal from January 2008 to July 2019, culminating as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, earned in 2007. Additionally, Brian completed the Project Management Academy at Metropolitan Community College in early 2022.
