Henry Lockwood currently serves as Chief of Staff (Engineering) at Builder.ai, where responsibilities include leading budget and headcount planning and managing the project lifecycle of new Code Generation functionality. Previously, at Software AG, Henry held multiple significant roles, including Senior Director of Post-Merger Integration, where a greenfield PMI team was developed to support M&A strategies, successfully delivering a comprehensive 15-month PMI program following a major acquisition. Earlier career experiences include positions as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Principal Solutions Consultant, Senior Consultant at d-fine GmbH, Professional Services Consultant at Progress Software, Quantitative Analyst at Cantab Capital Partners LLP, and Software Engineer at Autodesk.
