The current leadership team at Buildcon consists of individuals with a wealth of experience in various industries. The team's COO previously worked at OutpostChess, and was also a co-founder at Udruženje mladih privrednika Srbije. Meanwhile, the team's founder has a background in design and brand identity from the University Union Belgrade, as well as marketing experience from AcademIAA.
