Jeff Jergerian is an experienced human resources leader with a strong track record of strategic HR management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Field Human Resources at Build-A-Bear Workshop since April 2021, Jeff advises Field Operations Leadership, manages associate relations, and leads talent acquisition while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Panera Bread, providing HR support to a large field organization, and as Field Human Resource Manager at Harbor Freight Tools, where efforts focused on employee development and engagement. Jeff's extensive experience at Best Buy encompassed various HR and operational roles, contributing to retail pilot programs and human capital functions. Jeff holds an MBA with a concentration in HR from Michigan State University and a BA in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
