Konstantia Karaiskou is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership and training within the corporate sector, currently serving as the Global Skills & Resources Initiative Leader for Services Transformation and Global Service Academy Lead at Bühler Group since May 2022. Prior roles include Training Lead for Digital Transformation at Credit Suisse, where Konstantia was responsible for a comprehensive training program for approximately 400 individuals, and Program Manager in People Development. Konstantia has a strong background in project leadership and organizational change, having worked with companies like GE Power, Alstom Power, and Vestas, focusing on resource management and training development. Konstantia holds a Master’s degree in Organisation & Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Business Administration from RMIT University.
