Samuele Gugliotta has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. They started their career as an IT Security Consultant at a private company from July 2017 to April 2019. They then worked as an IT Security Specialist at Olympos Consulting s.r.l. from June 2019 to July 2020. Samuele also gained experience as a Penetration Tester at Sync Security Srl from September 2020 to May 2021. They have worked in various cybersecurity roles, including as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd from February 2020 onwards.

Samuele has also been involved with several organizations and platforms related to cybersecurity. They have been an OWASP Member since June 2020, contributing to the foundation's initiatives. They have also served as a Bug Bounty Hunter at HackerOne from January 2020 onwards and at HACKRATE from May 2021 onwards. In addition, Samuele has taken on content creation and project management roles at SecurityCert since October 2021.

Currently, Samuele is working at IBM as a Security Services Specialist starting from May 2021. They have also recently taken up the role of Threat Intelligence Team Leader at the same company starting from August 2021.

Samuele Gugliotta completed their Master in IT Security at Istituto Volta from 2017 to 2018. They obtained additional certifications including Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA) from EC-Council in November 2022, Mastering in Python Programming from Ethical Hackers Academy in February 2021, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in October 2019, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in December 2018, and Certificat d'inscription au Tableau d'honneur from Association des Membres de l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques (A.M.O.P.A.) in May 2016.
