Razvi Mohd began their work experience in 2015 at Cognizant, where they started as a Programmer Analyst Trainee. Razvi then moved on to become a Programmer Analyst and eventually an Associate. In 2019, Razvi joined Gainsight as a Client Outcomes Manager in the Customer Success department. Over the years, their roles at Gainsight evolved, and they became a Senior Client Outcomes Manager, a Team Lead, and ultimately a Manager in the Client Outcomes department. In 2022, Razvi joined Bugcrowd as a Customer Success Ops Specialist.

Razvi Mohd has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gudlavalleru Engineering College, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in different fields. In 2019, they obtained the Gainsight Administrator Certification (SFDC). In 2016, they received the SQL Developer certification from Cognizant. Razvi also holds the UNIX general programming certification from Brain Bench, which they obtained in 2017. In 2022, Razvi obtained several certifications from Gainsight, including Gainsight NXT Reports & Dashboards (Level 2), Customer Success Manager Certified Professional, Gainsight NXT Journey Orchestrator & Surveys (Level 2), Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3), and Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1).
