In their previous roles, Nitescu Lucian has gained experience in various areas of IT security, including penetration testing, source code review, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, data integrity and recovery, data leakage prevention, security consultancy, system implementation, and security awareness training. Nitescu has also participated in bug bounty programs and conducted independent security research.

Nitescu Lucian completed their high school education at Colegiul National "Grigore Moisil" from 2010 to 2014, with a focus on Mathematics and Informatics. Nitescu then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Titu Maiorescu University from 2019 to 2023, specializing in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Lucian has obtained several certifications in the field. Nitescu holds certifications such as Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE) and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security. Nitescu also obtained the eCPPT v2 (Certified Professional Penetration Tester) and eCPPT Gold (Certified Professional Penetration Tester) certifications from eLearnSecurity. Lucian has completed micro-certifications in Web App Security Fundamentals and Metasploit from Cybrary, as well as certifications in Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking from the same institution. Nitescu is a Microsoft Certified Professional with a certification in Windows Operating System Fundamentals obtained in 2013.

Furthermore, Lucian has participated in additional training experiences, including Dante Pro Lab from Hack The Box and Database Design and Programming with SQL from Oracle. Nitescu also holds the merit diplomat title as a mentor at UNbreakable Romania in both 2022 and 2023, awarded by CyberEDU.ro.
