Fatih Egbatan has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Fatih worked as a Software Developer at PBS Bilişim ve Danışmanlık from June 2011 to February 2012. After that, they joined Netservis Bilgisayar Sistemleri Tic.Ltd.Şti. as a Pentester from December 2012 to April 2014. Fatih then worked at Symturk Ltd. as an OSCE | OSCP | Penetration Tester from April 2014 to November 2015. From November 2015 onwards, they joined Bugcrowd and held multiple roles including Application Security Engineer, Sr Application Security Engineer, and Program Manager, Security Operations.

Fatih Egbatan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Yildiz Technical University from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2023, GWAPT (GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester) from the SANS Institute in January 2015, OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert) from Offensive Security in November 2014, TCSE (Tenable Certified Security Engineer) from Tenable Network Security in November 2014, and OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) from Offensive Security in April 2014.
