Janice Miller has a strong work history in the hospitality industry. Janice began their career as the General Manager of Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport in 1999 and held the position until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Regional Marketing & Promotions Manager for WISCO Hotel Group, where they played a crucial role in increasing sales volume for the Milwaukee hotels. In 2005, they also served as the Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Cincinnati Airport. Janice then moved on to become the Director of Sales at Courtyard & Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as the Group Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Lake Buena Vista. Currently, Janice is serving as the Director of Sales at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC since 2010.

Janice Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the American Public University System. Janice completed their bachelor's degree program from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Milwaukee Area Technical College. Janice pursued their associate's degree from 1995 to 1999.
