Mille Fyrand is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and support roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor at Bufdir since October 2021, Mille has previously held positions as an Associate HR Officer at United Nations OCHA, a People & Culture Administrator at IKEA Group, and a Human Resources Intern with the same organization. The early career includes experience in education and healthcare environments as a Preschool Assistant and Nursing Assistant, respectively, along with roles in event management and personal support. Mille Fyrand holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from The University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.
