Jessica Tondini, formerly known as Zipfel, has significant experience in operations and customer care management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the BU Western Europe Operations Key User at Bufab since July 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Vice Head of Customer Care Management at BUFAB Germany GmbH from July 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities also included key user functions for Western Europe operations. Jessica's career began at Nsi Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH, progressing from Sales Assistant to Key Account Manager between October 2010 and June 2017. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management in Industry from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), completed in 2010.
