Tim Macal has had extensive experience in sales and marketing, with their most recent role being the Chief Revenue Officer at Budscout AI, Inc. where they were responsible for go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales structure/process and marketing. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at Agati, Inc where they designed and implemented a direct go-to-market strategy that led to a 40% decrease in client acquisition cost. Tim also created a comprehensive revenue generation system integrating customer research, strategic collaborator support teams and presale operations. Before this, they worked at Pacific Mortgage where they were the General Manager and responsible for managing telemarketing staff and loan officers, increasing revenue and profit, and generating new business through various means. Mr. Macal also worked as the District Sales Manager at Intermedia Communications.
Tim Macal began their educational journey at the University of Iowa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. The start and end years of this degree are unknown. Later, in 2020, Tim enrolled in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed the Executive MBA program in 2021, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
