Paul Houston currently serves as a Manager at Budget Energy NI, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Paul Houston was the Head of Service Operations at Sky from August 2018 to December 2023 and an Operations Manager and Team Leader at Firstsource from April 2007 to August 2018. Paul Houston holds a degree in Innovation Strategy and Digital Disruption and a PGCert in Professional Software Development from Queen's University Belfast, along with a PGDip in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute at Northern Regional College, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from Ulster University.
