Sneha Chawla is an experienced professional in program management and operations, currently serving as Assistant Manager-Programs at Buddy4Study since February 2023. Previously, Sneha held the position of Project Manager at Friends Union For Energising Lives (FUEL) from September 2022 to February 2023, overseeing the implementation of projects. Additional experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Udayan Care from August 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included community development initiatives and project monitoring. Sneha also worked at The Topnotch WCD from April 2016 to July 2020, first as Head of Operations, focusing on strategy and policy development, and then as Administrative Head, managing administrative operations and staffing. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and Marketing and a Bachelor of Pharmacy, both from Uttarakhand Technical University.
