Prior to their work at Buddy.ai, Dima Plotnikov was the VP of Product at Cubic Robotics, where they worked with their team to research multimodal voice/touch user experience in the smart home field, create the Cubic digital butler for controlling smart homes by voice, and adapt Cubic's Natural Language Processing system for the Smart Home application.

The individual named Dima Plotnikov attended Siberian Federal University from 2001 until 2007. They achieved a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology with a focus in Computer Science.
