Lucy Ryan is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People and Culture, currently serving as Director - People and Culture at Buddle Findlay since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lucy held the position of Head of People and Culture at King's School Auckland from April 2016 to July 2019 and at Les Mills International from September 2014 to April 2016. Lucy's career began at Chapman Tripp, where Lucy was the Auckland HR Manager from October 2007 to April 2014.
