Stephanie Davis is a highly experienced professional in the fields of private equity and technology, currently serving as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry since 2017, where Stephanie leads the Private Equity/Technology practice for North America and is involved in the Board & CEO and Global Technology practices. In addition to their role at Korn Ferry, Davis acts as a Board Advisor for Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, and has served on the Board of Directors for both Athenex Inc. and Software Acquisition Group, Inc. Stephanie is a member of the Board of Trustees at The Buckley School and has significant past experience as a Senior Partner at Spencer Stuart, where Stephanie conducted over 500 executive searches. Davis’s earlier roles include positions at Morgan Samuels Company, Jostens Learning Corporation, and McKinsey & Company, alongside a notable tenure as a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Davis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
