Erin Pattison has a diverse nursing background with extensive experience in patient care and healthcare operations. Currently serving as a Patient Navigator and Nurse Manager at Buchanan County Health Center since October 2020, Erin has demonstrated proficiency in managing patient care, completing tasks such as scheduling, triage, and medication administration. Previously, Erin held leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Business Development at Express Healthcare Professionals of Iowa, and Business Development Manager at the Specialized Recruiting Group of Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, & Des Moines. Additionally, Erin has clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, having worked with various healthcare providers at Cedar Valley Medical Specialists and UnityPoint Health. Erin holds a degree in Practical Nursing from Hawkeye Community College.
