Joshua Ruiz has extensive experience in luxury retail management, currently serving as the Interim Boutique Director and previously as the Assistant Boutique Manager at Buccellati since November 2021. Prior roles include Sales and Events at Chopard, where responsibilities included client relationship management and strategy development to exceed sales goals, and Sales Professional at Hearts On Fire, focusing on event creation and sales strategies. Joshua started a career in luxury retail at Judith Leiber Couture as a Keyholder/Supervisor, followed by positions at Loro Piana and Carolina Herrera, each involving sales targets and employee training. Joshua holds several certifications including GIA and De Beers qualifications, as well as a degree in Watches Essentials from the Fondation Haute Horlogerie.
