Victoria R. Golden is the Managing Director of Polaris Solutions, where they lead a team that supports business operations for mission-driven organizations focused on youth development. Previously, they served as the Program Manager of Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana, where they successfully launched an interactive educational initiative. Victoria also held roles at KOS Services, LLC as a Staff Accountant and at the Lexington Children's Theatre as a Teaching Artist/Education Intern. With a background in both the arts and business strategy, they continue to drive operational efficiencies at Bubbles Academy as the Director of Strategy. Victoria is pursuing a BA in Spanish Studies and Theatre at American University.
