Herman Lesmana has extensive experience in the finance and marketing sectors, currently serving as Marketing Director at Buana Finance since October 2008. Previously, Herman held the role of Commissioner at Pro Car International Finance Pt from November 2006 to December 2018, and served as a Technical Advisor at both Indo Finance Perkasa and PT. Bhakti Finance in 2008. Prior experience includes Marketing Director at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri from March 2004 to June 2006 and Senior Executive Manager at ORIX Indonesia Finance from April 1983 to March 2004, where responsibilities included marketing, credit risk management, and equipment leasing. Herman began the professional journey as Import Export Manager at PT PAN Indonesia Bank from June 1976 to March 1983. Education includes a D3 in Strategic Economic Management from Akademi Pendidikan Kejuruan (1979-1981) and foundational studies at various institutions.
