Rochelle A. Woods is the President and Founder of Rochelle A. Woods LLC, established in April 2015. With a commitment to addressing racial issues, Rochelle co-facilitates the "Interrupting Racism for Children" workshop through Child Advocates of Indianapolis since August 2019. Additionally, Rochelle serves as a coach with Coaching Right Now® and as a facilitator and consultant for BTS, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as leadership development. Other roles include qualified trainer for the Intercultural Development Inventory, enhanced practitioner for Narrative Coach and Conversational Intelligence, consultant for the Indiana Youth Institute, and mentor for SCORE. Rochelle has previously held a board position and served as Fund Development Chair for the Indy Black Chamber of Commerce from November 2017 to December 2018. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
