Laura Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as Senior Director of Leadership & Coach at BTS since 2021 and as a Consultant and Leadership Coach at Torch since August 2019, Laura has also held roles such as Associate at Bridge Partnership, where facilitation of Leadership Development workshops occurred, and Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West, mentoring trainee coaches. Previous leadership roles include COO and Head of People at botanicaSeattle, Head of International Customer Service and Head of Strategy at Qantas Airways, Director of Food Strategy at Starbucks Coffee Company, and COO of nuun active hydration. Laura began their career as a Consultant at Bain & Company after graduating from the University of Cambridge.
