Kimberly Nix serves as the VP/Chief Human Resources Officer at Midland Memorial Hospital since September 2016, providing strategic leadership for the health system's human resources. Prior roles include Executive Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Trinidad Drilling, as well as Human Resources Advisor at CanElson Drilling Inc. Kimberly also held various positions at Select Energy Services, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist, and worked as a Customer Service Manager at Ally. Kimberly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.
