Francesco Porrone has extensive experience in project management and governance, currently serving as the Consulting Area Manager of Portfolio & Governance Consulting BU at BTO Research since March 2017. In this role, Francesco specializes as a Project Portfolio Management Subject Matter Expert and is an active member of the IT Governance Department. Previous positions include Project Manager Assistant at Alfa Ambiente Consulting srl, where Francesco contributed to the development of a Project Management Product, and multiple roles at D&D SRL, focusing on booking management and logistics in the diving sector. Educationally, Francesco holds a Master's degree in Project Management from LUISS Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
