AbdelRahman AlFaramawi possesses extensive experience in network operations, engineering, and technical support. Since September 2014, AbdelRahman has served as a Network Operations Center Engineer at BTGroup KSA, focusing on data and voice network infrastructure, security issues, and the management of wired and wireless systems. Prior roles include ELV System Engineer and Fire Alarm System Engineer, responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of various systems. Previous experience includes working as a Field Specialist at Schlumberger, where AbdelRahman managed facility management for mechanical, electrical, and ELV scopes, and serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Raya CX and an Account Advisor at Vodafone. AbdelRahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
