Uthman Alghamdi is an experienced professional in IT service delivery and business process management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager for BTC Networks at the Saudi National Bank since January 2022. Uthman has been a Volunteer Advisor/Consultant for the Friends of the United Nations since March 2018, contributing to global peace and development initiatives. Previously, Uthman held the position of Manager in Business Process Architecture at Riyad Bank from November 2019 to June 2021 and served as Internal Control & Reconciliation Manager at Bank Al Jazira for 15 years, focusing on risk mitigation and control processes. Uthman holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland and has completed multiple qualifications, including a PG Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
