Joel's career commenced as a Project Engineer at Thos. S. Byrne, LTD, where foundational skills in project management and field coordination were developed. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, enhancing a strong grasp of both technical and managerial aspects of construction projects.
