Rodney Kinchington is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at BT since July 2010, Rodney is responsible for managing the P&L of direct and indirect business and driving acquisitions and growth across the AMEA region. Prior roles include Senior Client Partner and Client Delivery Director, where responsibilities spanned executive client engagement and comprehensive management of customer contracts. Previously, at Alcatel-Lucent, Rodney held positions such as VP Customer Delivery Operations, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, and System Engineering Manager for submarine networks. Rodney holds a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, alongside degrees in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications.
