Nathalie Jaber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and transformation. Currently serving as Director of Organisation Effectiveness at BT since July 2019, Nathalie has previously held senior roles at National Australia Bank from August 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included leading Agile Transformation and strategic workforce initiatives. Nathalie's earlier career includes a tenure as Manager in Management Consulting at KPMG, where process optimization and strategic development were key focuses, along with a position at Telstra as a Sales Advisor. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, completed the Chartered Accountant Program with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a VCE from Glen Waverley Secondary College.
