Jon Zaloum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at BT Partners since September 2017, Jon previously held roles such as VP Operations at Saunders Midwest, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing for three facilities and integrating ERP systems post-merger. As President of Midwest Products Co. Inc. from 2009 to 2016, Jon drove significant channel distribution growth while successfully managing cash flow and debt reduction. Additional positions include Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Fanfare Media Works and Managing Director at Gift Pack Industries, among others. Jon’s career also includes leadership roles at major firms such as Ty Inc. and Toys R Us, supplemented by a strong educational foundation from Rutgers University - Newark.
