Hayley Lawton is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at BT Ireland since November 2019. Prior to this role, Lawton took a career break to travel from December 2018 to October 2019 and worked as an HR Consultant at PayPal from September 2017 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as an Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resource Advisor at Telefónica from January 2014 to September 2017, and an internship as a Human Resource Officer at St. Patrick's College Drumcondra in late 2013. Academically, Lawton holds a CIPD qualification in Employment Law & Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution (2009-2013), complemented by a Leaving Certificate from Ashbourne Community School (2003-2009).
