Tamiska Secrease-Williams, BA, CPCS, CPMSM, HACP, has been with Baylor Scott & White Health since June 2006, where roles have included Manager of Centralized Verification Services, Team Lead for Medical Staff, and Facility Specialist. Responsibilities include overseeing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for medical staff and allied health professionals, acting as a liaison among various stakeholders, and managing departmental operations. Previous experience includes serving as Supervisor of Credentialing Operations at Genesis Physicians Group from April 1999 to August 2004, where credentialing processes, committee reviews, and quality improvement initiatives were key duties. Tamiska holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University, as well as a Diploma with Honors in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Business and Management Center, and is currently pursuing further education at Dallas College.
