As a best-selling author under EmoShift, Rahul contributes thought leadership in personal and professional development. Previous positions include Head of Training & Delivery and Head of SGM LMS & Content Creation at Fincare Small Finance Bank, Global HR Consultant at KUTE BUILD LTD., and a Lead in Content and L&OD Operations at Jana Small Finance Bank, where Rahul also held the role of Zonal Head for Learning & Organisational Development.
