Michelle Rothfus serves as the Training and Development Manager at BSB Design, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing the BSB Academy leadership program, as well as facilitating training aligned with company needs. Previous roles at BSB Design include Executive Coordinator and Training Coordinator, where Michelle provided crucial administrative support and developed varioustraining programs. In addition to work at BSB Design, Michelle volunteers as a Project Coordinator for the Abod Shelters Foundation, focusing on campaign funding and communications, while also managing social media and project details. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager at The Beacon of Life, where Michelle assessed and supported clients through their individual case plans. Michelle holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology from Iowa State University.
