Kandis Pappadakis has extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at BSB Communications, Inc. since January 2022, Kandis previously held the position of Service Desk Analyst III at CBTS from February 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included scheduling MAC and service calls for Mitel technicians and providing service quotes on existing accounts. Prior to that, Kandis worked at SunTel Services, a CBTS Company, for nearly three decades, initially as a Customer Service Representative, advancing to positions such as Customer Service Supervisor and Project Manager, which involved overseeing call center operations and managing voice installations. Kandis began professional development as an Accounting/Human Resources Intern, gaining valuable experience in billing and training documentation. An alumna of Oakland University, Kandis holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development.
