Zack Kelly started their work experience in 2010 as a Housekeeper at Comfort Inn. Zack then transitioned into the role of Maintenance Technician at the same company. In 2012, they joined ABC Warehouse as a Mobile Audio Installer. After that, Zack worked at Medler Electric Company as an Inside Sales/Counter Sales representative. Finally, in 2018, they joined BS&A Software as an Implementation & Training Specialist, and later became a Project Manager in October 2021.

Zack Kelly completed their high school education at Farwell High School, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Zack then pursued further education at Mid Michigan Community College from 2009 to 2012, specializing in the field of computer science.
