Kurt Kramer began their work experience in 2003 as a Computer Programmer Intern at Auto-Owners Insurance. Kurt continued in this role the following year before taking on a Computer Programmer Internship at the same company in 2004. In 2005, Kurt joined BSA Software as a Customer Support Representative, where they worked until April 2016. From April 2016 until present, Kurt served as a Project Manager at BSA Software.

Kurt Kramer completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Kurt later pursued their MBA at Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, where they attended from 2007 to 2009.
