Kinga Otffinowska is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in infrastructure and software development. Currently at BRYTER, Kinga manages the Infrastructure Team, focusing on team alignment, process improvements, and high performance. Previous roles include managing software engineering teams at Funding Circle UK and overseeing Site Reliability and Security Engineers at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where Kinga facilitated transitions to new operational models and enhanced employee satisfaction. Kinga also has experience in platform improvement and service delivery management from positions at Trainline and Tungsten Network, respectively. Kinga holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Dundee and a Master of Laws (LLM) from London Metropolitan University, in addition to international education credentials.
