Previously, d'HALLUIN held positions as Managing Director at Crédit Agricole CIB, generating significant revenue, and as Managing Director at Natixis CIB Americas, where Nicolas built a successful team and executed notable equity transactions. Their earlier tenure includes roles at HSBC and Morgan Stanley, where Nicolas developed cash equity sales strategies and managed teams. d'HALLUIN earned an MBA from the Paris School of Business and completed financial analysis studies at the New York Institute of Finance.
